Owner • Extensionist
Booking with Dan is an experience, while he specializes and is certified in multiple Hair Extension and Male Hair Replacement systems, his true love is great conversations, gaining knowledge, and finding the humor in everyday life. His clients value his work because of his attention to detail, his blonding skills, and his genuine desire to produce the best possible result for his clients regardless of the service they are receiving.
Since graduating from La’ James International School of Beauty he has become a Goldwell Master Stylist & Colorist, KMS Cutting IQ certified, and has attended many additional color and cutting classes literally from coast to coast. He’s held positions as an educator and platform artist for several companies and has had write-ups in industry magazines and has been featured on multiple industry social media feeds like Modern Salon, Cosmprof, 1000 or Bust, Hot on Beauty, and KeraColor.
Dan prides himself on being a family man, he and his wife Dawn have been married since 2002 and have 5 kids together. When he’s not behind the chair you can find him on the nearest Ice Rink coaching one of his kids, or even playing some Adult League Hockey himself. He loves cooking and is also an automotive and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys working on anything with a motor.
Brianna Lloyd
Stylist
Brianna is a Master Colorist with Goldwell and is certified in K-tips, I-Tips, and Volume Wefts. She loves traveling to continue her education.
Her favorite color applications are “Expensive” Brunettes, “Natural” redheads, and lived In blondes.
Brianna strives to make her clients comfortable during their experience at Allegory by listening to their wants and needs and adding her expertise to curate the appointment to fit the client’s vibe. She entered this industry in 2014 to enhance people’s beauty and feel confident when they leave her chair.
Outside of the salon, Brianna is a mother and enjoys all the “first/new” experiences that come along with it. She loves big-city vibes and checking out local shops in her free time. She’s always on the go with family and friends and looking for the next “best” thing to do!

Jocelyn Fiscella
Stylist
My focus as a stylist is to help curly-haired clients and clients desiring multi-dimensional color live out their hair dreams to the fullest. Being in a salon with so much training at my fingertips constantly keeps me up to date on the latest trends, and allows me to make those hair dreams come true.
I’m certified in Brazilian Blowout and find that it’s a perfect fit for clients battling any unruly texture and frizz.
In my free time, you can find me with a coffee in hand walking my dog, hanging out with family, or shopping. One of my favorite places to shop is Anthropologie because of the creative vibe and colors in the space. They make me feel excited and inspired.
During my color training with Masters of Balayage in Atlanta, Georgia; I loved soaking up all of the new information the educators had to offer and new techniques that create very on-trend multi-dimension looks. It was a trip filled with so many ah-ha moments and left me so excited for the new services I get to offer my clients.
